SHIPPING COST

All our orders are shipped at FREE SHIPPING included on all orders

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will find the carrier details and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or text message. Please visit the carrier's website and quote the tracking number on your confirmation email.

HOW THE ORDER IS PROCESSED

We Endeavor to have all orders go out to our customers same day and/or within 24hours of order. If an order is placed on a Saturday before 12pm we will try our hardest to have your order shipped before close of Australia post, but if an order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched Monday.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME-FRAME

As mentioned above, we will generally process your order within 24-48 hours of payment, however in unforeseen circumstances or during the weekend this could be up to 3 days. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-10 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. Standard Shipping estimates 3-10 Business days, and Express Shipping estimates 1-5 Business days. Unfortunately, with these Covid19 times, some shipping estimates can take longer than expected to arrive. Please be patient and order stock well before your stock runs out to avoid disappointment.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Poseidon Equine Western Australia.

CLICK AND COLLECT/LOCAL DELIVERY

The Click and Collect at Saddles Plus and Local Delivery to Oakford and surrounding areas is 100% FREE of charge. Once the order has been placed, you can pick the order up from the Saddles Plus store in Byford, Western Australia within 48hours. A conformation text or email will be sent to you once it is ready to be collected. Please do not come in to pick up without email or text confirmation.
